I love this software, but have a couple of queries..is there a way to change the font to Arial or another of the safe web fonts for clearer viewing? Also when using page break the lyrics tab ignores the break and there is no space between text! Finally, I tend to use italics for the chorus for easy identification when playing, are there any formatting options brewing? Any help would be very appreciated.

The font used for chord sheets is Andale Mono. This is a mono-spaced font which means that no matter what size your text is, the chords will always be above the correct words. Most chord editing software use mono-space fonts and Andale Mono happend to be one of the clearer ones. It should actually be clearer on your monitor than Arial. Try playing around with the page breaks and pages per screen options to get the size you want. The size in the editor is not the display size, so press Preview each time to view.
When printing the lyrics you would want them to look different from a chord sheet, so page breaks are ignored and the lyrics can be edited separately in the lyrics editor. You can use fonts and formatting options there for printing a single lyrics sheet.

There is a similar discussion on allowing chord sheets to have italics here: What changes do you want to see in future versions (part 2) and allowing italics has been added to the list of requested changes.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did not appreciate the alignment issues this would cause. I noticed italics may be introduced at a later date, that would be most helpful. I'll keep plugging away at it and see what happens next...!
