64 bit Operating Systems

Good news for users with x64 systems:
There have been problems in the past with x64 versions of Power Music, in particular with the third party component which was used for image processing/pdf imports. I am pleased to say that we have solved this issue with version 2.0.1.0. In doing this new features have been added - you can now extract the text directly into the chord sheet editor or lyrics editor.
This will save hours of work and the chords can be transposed once they are in Power Music. The alignment of the chords will probably need to be adjusted but all the text will be there, ready for editing.
There was a problem with the new reports (a Crystal reports issue). This has now been resolved.
In Windows 7 there was a problem with SQL Server Express not downloading automatically - this is also fixed.

Note - if you already have a x64 version of Power Music then we advise you to uninstall it (After taking a backup!) and then download the new version, otherwise you will end up with two versions, the new one being named Power Music - 1.
